Why Is the Connections' Membership Fee SO Reasonable?

From time-to-time, people ask why Connections' prices are considerably lower than almost every dating or matchmaking services. That is an easy question to answer.

1. The owners (two) of Connections started the company.  Because they did not buy a national franchise, they do not have to recoup the franchise cost.

2.  Because it is not a franchise, no franchise fees or national advertising fees have to be charged.

3. There are no commissioned salespeople to pay.

4.  The owners of Connections actually work in the company,  thus reducing the cost of staff.

5.  Many  of the members of Connections come from  referrals  and word-of-mouth,  thus  reducing (not eliminating, of  course)  the cost of advertising.

6. No secret charges; no additional fees.

Instead of keeping these savings in the owners' pocket, they  are passed  on  to members. This increases the membership size, not by people who can't pay from $1000 up to $3500 for a dating or matchmaking service, but by those who choose not to pay so much.
