Review So Wonderful, Why Still Single

Editor's note:
This was forwarded to SOLO from our Houston webmaster. He acquired it from a Houston lady who attended a Personal Safety Workshop given by Pat Malone. Although she prefers to remain anonymous, she does want other singles to have benefit of this safety information.

According to the writer, Pat Malone has been a bodyguard for famous figures like Farrah Fawcett and Sylvester Stallone. He works for the FBI, and teaches police officers and Navy SEALS hand-to-hand combat.

Malone focused his workshop teachings on not becoming a victim of a violent crime but did give some advice about what to do if you were captured.

SOLO advises you to have a plan for personal safety and a plan in case you are a potential victim of a crime. Don't take this article as gospel. Start by attending a workshop and ask the person leading the workshop about the advice in this article.

Then plan your safety routine and think about it often. Commit it to memory so you can react quickly if it is ever necessary. You might not have time to think when you need your safety plan.

Most of all, be aware and always be careful.
